Self Nutrition Data collects information from manufactures, the FDA, and even restaurants.  The chances of you finding your favorite fast food and what it does to you are likely. A lot of restaurants are listed there.
You will see raw, frozen, canned, with salt and without. The inflammatory factor and the glycemic load (blood sugar). Calories, vitamins, minerals, the effects on weight and much more.
I would never preach to you about food and say you shouldn’t “eat that”. We need, and have to Enjoy Life! By limiting our fat intake, there are healthy fats out there, cutting back on processed sugar, and consuming more fresh fruits and vegetables , enjoying nuts and seeds we can help our bodies to heal and stay healthy.
