I would never preach to you about food and say you shouldn’t
“eat that”. We need, and have to Enjoy Life! By limiting our fat intake, there
are healthy fats out there, cutting back on processed sugar, and consuming more
fresh fruits and vegetables , enjoying nuts and seeds we can help our bodies to
heal and stay healthy.
